If you are new to the PsiPsi.org website, you can register here for the first time.  Please use a permanent email account you will check on a regular basis (like gmail.com - - Do not use a syr.edu email address).  Once your profile is established you can register for programs pertaining to the Psi Psi Chapter of Sigma Chi for undergraduates or alumni.  Instructions are below:


1. Navigate to the Home page and scroll to the Register Here and Pay Fees. Scroll to the down to the Common Area Access & Maintenance Agreement program for the current academic year. All Sigma Chi Psi Psi undergraduates must sign in and electronically accept this agreement (copy is available here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.leagueathletics.com/Text/Documents/19719/87979.pdf and House Rules and Regulations: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.leagueathletics.com/Text/Documents/19719/87980.pdf). Click the green Register button to enter the registration page. Click on your name to register. You will first have to update your profile (verify Gender and enter your Digit in the ID field). Hit the blue Submit button to submit and electronically sign the Common Area Access Agreement and House Rules and Regulations agreement.  Brothers who elect to live-in the Chapter house must electronically sign this agreement prior to processing their application for Room Only.  You should print a copy for your records.

2.  Once an undergraduate has agreed to the Common Area Access Agreement the system will be ready to accept registration for the Room Only program.  You will need your Room Number.

Room Only Agreement: If you click to complete the Room Only Agreement (a copy is available here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.leagueathletics.com/Text/Documents/19719/87978.pdf) before you have completed the Common Area Access and Maintenance Agreement, the Common Area Agreement will appear first. Room Only Charges are as follows:

Full Year - Fall 2019 and Spring 2020: $8,535.00

Single Semester - Fall 2019 or Spring 2020:  $5,767.50

  • In addition, there are one-time fees associated as outlined below. 

    FURNITURE FEE: If this registration represents the first time that you will have lived in the house, please check the box below.  A first-time, one-time fee of $400 is required toward the Furniture Fund. A full-size mattress on bedframe, dresser and upon request a desk and chair is provided. A compact refrigerator is allowed however, no air conditioners are permitted.

    Security Deposit: An annual security deposit of $400 is required of all Sigma Chi brothers living in the house.  The fee is refunded at the end of the academic year provided there is no property damage at the end of each semester.  You will be billed for the actual cost of property damage at the end of each semester.

  • Common Area Access Agreement Fee: If you are an active member of the Chapter and are not living in the House and are not studying abroad, you will be billed by the Chapter a Common Area Access Fee of $242.50 per semester.  The Common Area Access Fee distributes the cost of janitorial services and upkeep to all members of the Chapter. Every active member of the Chapter must sign the Common Area Access Agreement.

  • NOTE: Board and parking is offered directly by the Chapter. No meals or parking are being provided under the Room Only program.

  • Other Fees and Charges: If you have registered after April 24 you will be subject to a late fee of $500. If you do not depart the House by the closing date, a hold-over rent of $150 per day or partial day shall be billed. If you switch rooms between semesters, there is a $200 room switch fee. Lost Keys are $100.  Property damage is billed at actual cost of repairs.

Registration Programs







2019-2020 Chapter Programs for Dues and Board


This program covers those fees which are due for Chapter run activities.  Fees are due if you are an active member, with some exceptions if you are not on campus, as follows:

  • Sigma Chi HQ Dues - $200 per semester (paid by every active)
  • IFC Dues - $50 per semester (paid by every active)
  • RMF Insurance - $57.50 per semester (paid by every active)
    • Total Base Fees Applicable to Every Active Brother: $307.50
  • Social Dues - $400 per semester (paid only if on-campus; Discount of $50 applies to Live-in).
  • Board Club - Board Club is $2,700  per semester. If you live-in, you are obligated to be on Board Club.  Live-outs can participate: Lunch or Dinner Only $920 each. If you pay in full by August 15th, a discount of $50 will be applied.
  • Common Area Acces Fee -The fee of $242.50 per semester, paid directly to House Corp. by the Chapter, defrays the cost of operating the common areas of the Chapter House across all active members who are on campus.
  • Under Occupancy Surcharge - If the House is not filled to capacity, there will be an Under Occupancy Surcharge billed equally to all active members on campus each semester.  The current surcharge is $30 per semester.

Note: this program registration is for record-keeping purposes not billing or payment.  The Chapter uses Greek Captial Management to bill and collect for these program costs.

2019-2020 Chapter Program for Parking

If you want to park your car at 737 Comstock Avenue at any time you will need a parking permit.  Cost if $50 per semester. You will be register here and make the parking selection within the Chapter Programs and will be billed by the Chapter.  You will be assigned a specific parking space.  You will be required to produce a copy of your vehicle registration and evidence of auto insurance.  Those with a parking permit will be required to display the permit confirmation on your dashboard.

2019-2020 Chapter Program for Risk Management

The Chapter is required to submit a Risk Management Plan to the HQ Risk Management Foundation (RMF) which has been signed by all active members.�¿½ The Chapter is required to have�¿½general liability insurance covering Chapter operations including officers' liability.�¿½ The Chapter can purchase insurance coverage on the open market.�¿½ RMF offers the required liability coverage at a substantial discount to the open market due to its buying power across the national program it operates in.�¿½ The current insurance program costs approximatley $12,000 per year.�¿½ In addition, RMF offers discounts for compliance with certain underwriting criteria.�¿½ There is a 3% surcharge to the base cost if the Chapter does not submit a Risk Management Plan which is signed by all active members and a 3% discount if the plan is submitted signed by all active members - a difference of $720 per year.�¿½ Therefore every active member must register for this program to allow the discount to be earned.

Fall 2019 - Spring 2020 Common Area Access & Maintenance Agreement

All Psi Psi Brothers and Pledges must sign this Agreement in order to access common areas of the Chapter House, located at 737 Comstock Ave, Syracuse NY, and register for other programs like Room Only, etc.


If you do not intend to live-in the Chapter House you are obligated to pay a Common Area Access and Maintenance Fee of $242.50 per semester.  You will be billed by the Chapter for the Common Area Access and Maintenance Fee and you will remit those fees to the Chapter. If you register after April 20th you will be subject to a late fee of $50.

The Mid-70s Mid-80s Era Reunion - June 25-28, 2020.

Here is the general plan:

Early arrivals show up Thursday afternoon 6/25/2020.  Dinner will be informal. Head to M Street or organize a BBQ off grill.  Card game or backgammon at the House.  BYOB.

Friday 6/26/2020 A light breakfast – egg sandwiches, etc.  - will be served at 7AM .  There will be a round of golf at Turning Stone Resort in Vernon, NY about a half hour east of Syracuse where will we play on the Atunyote course (White tees 71.7/134 6561 par 72 Greens fees are $225 includes cart, warm up and locker).  After golf, we will shower up at the club house and have something to eat at one of the casino bars and head to the casino floor for some blackjack. We will head back to the House where there will be a BYOB happy hour from 4-7PM followed by a family-style sit-down dinner starting at 7PM (a catered BBQ off the grill: burgers, salads, etc.).

On Saturday 6/27/2019 there will be a light breakfast– egg sandwiches, etc. – will be served at 7AM. Plan to head out for activities like Finger Lakes Region winery tours, bar hopping old haunts, and those so inclined a round of golf at Green Lakes State Park (White tees 69/121 5920 par 71 Greens fees are $43 includes cart) (plan to leave around 9AM and return by 4PM).  After golf, we will gather up at the House where there will be a BYOB happy hour from 4-7PM followed by a family-style sit-down dinner starting at 7PM (a catered BBQ off the grill: burgers, salads, etc.).

Sunday 6/30/2019 there will be a light breakfast served at 7AM.  The House will be closed up at 12Noon.

On a first-come, first-served basis, you can stay at the House, or if you are afraid of the ghosts from eras past - book a room in a local hotel.  If you plan to stay at the House, plan to bring linens or a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, fan, etc.  There will be a full-size mattress in your room with a fresh mattress cover on it. 

Here is what it will cost:

Everyone who attends pays a base fee of $35 to cover the cost of house preparation, rentals and clean-up after we are done.  Cost for those attendees who want to stay at the House all three nights will be around $155 a head for continental breakfast and dinners, set up and clean up, rentals, etc.   Note that there are 17 singles in the House available first-come, first-served basis.  There is a wait list set up so if the House is full, more are welcome to participate, however you would have to stay in a hotel or be willing to be in a double occupancy room.   If you want to specify a particular room or roommate, please do so at time of RSVP. House Plans with Room numbers:  you just want to have dinner at the House each night will be around $35.  Some of these fees could change over the next six months so there might be a true up required.

Remember: First-Come, First-Served.  After June 1, 2019 you will owe a late fee of $50 which will go into the BYOB fund.  If you don't sign up by June 15, 2020 which is the cut off for the catering company – sorry but we will see you next time.   You will be prompted to pay by credit card at the completion of registration. If you don't pay at time of RSVP your reservation is not complete. You can come back later to pay but your reservation for a room in the House might not be available if someone pays ahead of you.  If you have something else you would like to do, please specify at time of RSVP.
